Is Joker from Batman a good guy?
Joker remains one of the evilest bad guys in all DC, but there have been a few times in history that he has done good things, and even acted heroic. One thing that has always defined Joker in DC comics, movies, and TV shows, is that he is not a good person.
Gotham was safe because the Joker had cleaned up the streets. He eliminated the corrupt police, he destroyed organized crime financially, he uplifted Gotham's spirit, and he even got rid of the flying pest that had been corrupting Gotham ever since he declared himself it's protector.
Well, it's down to his insanity and unpredictability, you never know what the Joker has up his sleeves. Quite frankly, even he doesn't at times. He's an absolute wild card without a Modus Operandi.

The Joker is a full-fledged villain. An anti-hero is someone who goes against the hero because of something that happened to them or because of a different set of beliefs. They usually have a strong moral code and do not hurt others for selfish reasons or simply for inflicting pain .
